Step 31:

This is the last phase of the installation. If you are ready to install the Operating System select ok then press spacebar, otherwise select back to edit the thing that you like to change.

Take note at this point the structure of the hard disk is unchanged. When you select ok then press spacebar the hard disk will now be formatted.

Step 32:

Remember the structure of the partition? At this point those structures are being created and then formatted to Linux's file system. Modern Linux file system is ext3.

Step 33:

Some images that are needed for the installation are transferred to the hard disk.

Step 34:

Now the installation begins. The package name and summary of its functions are displayed. The installation will take a while to finish depending on the hardware that is used.

During the installation, we can see a progress bar and the percentage done. Information of the package are also displayed. If you are tired of reading this information or you cannot understand some of its information you can now get a cup of coffee and watch TV while the installation is still in progress. But then again the installation might be fast and that depends of what type of hardware that is used.

Step 37:

The installation process is finished then its time to reboot the system. Take out the installation CD from the CD ROM drive then press enter to reboot.

This is a screenshot when the system is in the process of rebooting.

This is a screenshot of GRUB boot loader doing its part.

Step 40:

What you see here is the process that the operating is doing. The OK with the green color tells us that a process is executed without any problem.
