Installing CentOS Linux 04
Step 21:
If the computer you are using now is a part of a large network please ask your Network Administrator for the IP Address and subnet mask before entering the numbers to this field. You may cause some problems that might give your Network Administrator a headache. You may also violate your company policy if you won't ask permission causing your job ;)

Step 22:
Now we will define the hostname of our system. When we say hostname it is the name of our system that the network can identify. Now select ok then press spacebar.

Step 23:
In this section we will customize our firewall. There are some services that we will want to be available within our network. Select Customize then press spacebar.

Step 24:
Here we will enable Remote login to our server this is called SSH, enable Web Server (HTTP and HTTPS), and then enable File Transfer (FTP). Select ok then press spacebar.

Step 25:
This will take us back to the firewall setup screen. Select ok then press spacebar. What happened here is that we allow ssh, http, https, and ftp services available within the network.

Step 26:
For simplicity we will disable Security Enhanced Linux for now. Please select ok then press spacebar.

Step 27:
We will now be prompted on the languages that we want our system to support. Select the languages you need then select ok and press spacebar.

Step 28:
Now select your time zone that best fits you. Then select ok and press spacebar.

Step 29:
The system will now ask you for a root password. Enter any password that you like. This password is used for the root account. The root account is termed as Administrator account on other Operating System. Give much care to this account because this is the most powerful account in your system. Therefore give a high level of difficulty on the root's password :D.

Step 30:
We will go with the default software installation, so just select ok then press spacebar.
